David Moss Corporation Pty Ltd standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply (available on request)

Prices are valid for a period of seven (7) days,

Prices quoted do not include GST * Pipe loose bundled on trailers - No other allowances have been made for unloading, or the logistics associated with unloading of pipe (i.e. additional slings, gluts and crates)

All Items are subject to prior sale. When ordering, please note quote number on purchase order to ensure correct prices are charged

All prices quoted are subject to resin availability. Prices must be confirmed prior to placement of order due to the volatility of the current resin supply

All prices are quoted as a total package and are unable to be ordered separately without prior negotiation Payment Terms are strictly net thirty days

Order acceptance is subject to credit approval which may require the completion of a Credit Application Form, to be processed prior to commencement of manufacture. For cash sale transactions payment must be received in full prior to order manufacture / dispatch.

All 12m lengths, which need to be shipped in containers, must in fact be 11.8m long. Orders received for 12m lengths which require shipment via containers will incur extra handling costs to reduce pipe length after manufacture to fit into the container

Freight prices include an allowance for 2 hours loading and 2 hours unloading. Anything exceeding this will incur demurrage/detention charges @ $170 per hour if, for any reason outside of the carriers control, the above times are exceeded including road closures, cyclones and flooding

Freight prices quoted exclude any overnight stays by the vehicle waiting for the unloading of freight not caused by the carrier, including roads closures, cyclones and flooding

If pipe is not collected within 2 weeks from agreed collect date then products may be required to be moved to an offsite storage yard. All cost and changes will be forwarded to the buyer.
